Medical Tests as per Factories Act

There are routine medical test that have to be conducted for workers engaged in the premises. The provision of medical test is also a statutory requirement under the Factories Act.

The Following medical tests have to be conducted in a half-yearly basis

General Examination
X-Ray of abdomen
Urine Test
Blood Test
Stool Test for food handlers (Canteen Workers)

Health Card has to be maintained for all the workers as provided in the Factories Act
